Tucker’s Legacy
The Tucker W. Hipps Memorial Foundation was established to honor the memory of Cindy and Gary Hipps’ only son Tucker who died tragically while attending Clemson University at the age of 19.
Tucker was passionate about many things in his life including Palmetto Boys State where he learned about leadership, true brotherhood and setting an example in the lives of other young men.
